On this page you’ll find a listing of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative's (MassTech) open procurements, current grant opportunities (“Notice of Funding Opportunities” or “NOFO’s”) and standard contract templates.
MassTech contracts with a variety of firms, individuals, institutions, and organizations for research, scientific, technical, and management consulting services to support its varied programs. MassTech's procurements are governed by best business practice standards with the goal of procuring the highest quality services for the benefit of Massachusetts taxpayers.
Procurements and NOFO's are open to all qualified individuals and firms.
Note that as a public entity MassTech is subject to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, and therefore documents and other materials submitted in response to procurements and NOFO's are subject to public disclosure with limited exemptions. Grants
The issuance of a procurement or NOFO does not commit MassTech to award a contract or grant, pay any costs incurred in preparing a bid response, or procure or contract for services or supplies. MassTech reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid responses received, negotiate with all qualified responders, or cancel or modify the procurement or NOFO in part or in its entirety when it is in its best interest.
Standard Contract Templates
Providing Professional Services to MassTech
Any vendor who wishes to provide professional services to MassTech, whether or not selected through a competitive procurement, will be required to sign a contract with MassTech that contains certain standard provisions. Receiving a Grant from MassTech
Any organization that applies for, is awarded, and wishes to accept a grant from MassTech, will be required to sign a contract with MassTech that contains certain standard provisions.
